Three Catholic Resources You Need In Your Life

The Seasonal

Here’s a test: Christmas is in four days. Does that statement bring you excitement and joy OR stress and anxiety?

As Christian women (and especially as mothers) there are so many THINGS we have to get done, right? There are presents to plan and buy and wrap. There are meals to cook and family parties to juggle. So much work, so little time. You’ve done SO much for others during this season, how about a treat for yourself? How about setting aside time to be focused and prudent and peaceful! Gifting yourself in holiness is a thing, especially during Christmas.

Here’s my suggestion: The Seasonal! It’s a beautiful spiritual companion created by a local (to me) Catholic woman. This journal is a personal retreat (and, girrrrrl, you deserve it!) For more information check out Cay’s etsy shop here. She offers same day shipping!

Every Sacred Sunday

You know how we go to mass on Sundays and read the readings out of the missal and some of us bring separate journals to take notes in? Well, what if I told you there was a mass journal that had ALL of the Sunday mass readings AND a place for you to jot down notes? Yep.

I’m sorry I didn’t make a bigger deal out of this earlier. Now I’m finding out that some of you didn’t even know this was a thing, but it IS a thing. It’s a real thing that we have available to us in 2017. How flipping awesome?!

When I saw this available on Kickstarter, I bought it immediately. It was the thing I never knew I always wanted. I’ve used it for a month now and I love it! So, forgive me for not making a bigger deal out of it. But, now that you know, freak out with me because THIS IS A THING and it’s a thing you need, like, now! Shop Every Sacred Sunday here.
